Auto Show & Concours d’Elegance Information
Antique Auto Show Information
- The Klingberg Vintage Motorcar Festival welcomes all antique cars 1972 and older.
- Gates open for antique cars at 8:30 AM
- Space is on a first come first serve basis
- Truck/trailer parking at Rock Cats Stadium or Vance School
- Rock Cats Stadium Parking is appox. 1 mile away and there are shuttle buses all day
- 230 John Karbonic Way, New Britain
- Vance School is closer 4 Blocks but there are no shuttle buses
- 183 Vance St, New Britain
- Car owners requested to stay until 3:00 PM
- Best in Show & Peoples Choice Trophies awarded at 3:15 PM
- Vehicle admission (1940 -1972): $10; Pre-1940 show cars admitted free
- Approximately twenty trophies awarded by major show sponsors, local celebrities and guest judges, to the car of their choice. Trophies will be awarded on the hour from 10:30am to 3:00 pm; Best in Show at 3:15
Concours d’Elegance Information
- The Concours d’Elegance automobiles presented by invitation only.
- If you have a vehicle that you would like to show in the Concours, please submit the following information for consideration:
- Your name, address, and contact information
- Your e-mail address
- The year, make and model of the classic automobile
- A photograph of the front and side of your automobile
- A statement of the significance, special story, history and/or information about your car.

- The special features for the 2011 Concours are:
- Connecticut-made Automobiles
- Pre-war Motorcycles
- Automobiles by the original owners or their descendant (the oldest will have priority)
- All Brass era Automobiles
